• 1956 Moved to Vrndavana’s Vamsi Gopala temple.
• 1959 (July) Moved to Radha Damodara temple and began the English translation of Srimad-Bhagavatam.
• 1959 (November) Takes sannyasa initiation into the renounced gosvami order.

• 1966 Founded ISKCON, International Society for Krishna Consciousness in New York.
• 1967 Returns to India, visits Vrndavana and his rooms at Radha Damodara.
• 1971Returns to Vrndavana with 50 American disciples, tours all over India.
• 1972 Spends Kartik at Radha Damodara, gives historic Nectar of Devotion lectures.
